beethoven
charlie parker
sam lightning hopkins
dave brubeck
mark knopfler

now i want to clarify, beethoven is not my favorite classical guy, i really like bird, but i also think miles and trane are great, but bird came first. lightining hopkins, lsiten to him, and then listen to guys like eddie van halen, notice any similariteis? yeah sam did it 40 years before eddie did, dave brubeck has impeccable rythym and melodic sense, gieve a listen, and i really think knopfler is an amazing palyer, and i prefer zeppelin and floyd. so hard to choose and so subjective, check out some of these guys
