That radio has two fuses, one ( 1 amp ) in the back-up circuit and one ( 5 amp) in the switched acc. circuit. If either one is blown, it won't work. Check the fuses first. No point in removing the radio if it doesn't need service.

do not remove it! check the fuse, it may have blown. that's the most likel;y cause for it to suddenly stop working. if it is the fuse, replace it. if it blows again, have a mechanic determine why. you may have a short.
