i am at lake hylia and i saved the game while flying up the river i turned it off after saving and wheni came back it started me at the lake but the enemy isn't there that summoned that flying bird. how am i supposed to get up the river?

There is a lump of reeds or grass that you pick up and blow to make the bird appear!

Find the Whistling Grass that you use to blow to call for Epona and howl there and the bird thing will come and take you up the river.

Look around the lake on the land there's these flower things that you play when your in wolf form it will summon the dragon.

Go find grass that you normally use to call a falcon to your aid and instead, howl the notes. It should be very close to the area where the monster had attacked you.
