Oh, yes! Sometimes too quickly. There are times I NEED to hold a grudge but I forget and then when I remember I'm not angry anymore and it's all gone.

I am a little thick headed on both accounts.

It may take me a while but I tend to figure out.

Here is a clue, you hear a lot of no's coming out of what is being said by the person in question.

Of course, I seldom listen to myself. So, I let other people tell me when I am the person in question.

I wouldn't say quickly,but I always eventually do.Not good to hold on to negative anything.

You have to resolve them and drop them. Don't dwell on the negitive things in your own or someone else's life. Focus on the good things, the positive things,. the things you would have people remember you by.
