We've got a ton of political clubs and some environmental ones already. I'd like to start a club with philanthropic causes, but we also already have the Red Cross Club and For Our Community. What organization can I bring to my high school?

Two ideas: a Gay-Straight Alliance and SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions). I am in both of these clubs. SADD is all about community service and the GSA tries to increase tolerance and discussion. Pick an issue you really care about and chances are other people will too

If you haven't got a Key Club, find a local Kiwanis and see if they'd help you start one. They're a good, solid, international organization, and many colleges have Circle K (the college version) and if not, you could start that, too.
