Not taking the pooch for a walk because you are busy typing an answer, are you?

He goes out on his own. He'll stand by the door until I get up and let him out, then scratch at the door until I get up to let him in. That goes on about 100 times a day.

How does he sleep treating me the way he does?

I just leave the back door open for them whem I'm in here.
They have a huge backyard they play in and it has an 8 foot tall privacy fence so they can't get run over.

I think they're spoiled! It looks like they have more fun than I do.

My 2 little dogs are treated like Queens, and I sleep just fine because of it!! No, I'm not typing a answer just thinking.........

Wow, this brings back memories. We had to put my dog down a few years ago. It was really sad espically since we just moved to a new area & I didn't know anyone. She was my only friend.

we treated her pretty damn well & if she was by herself all day, she'd get a "Frostie Paws" doggie ice cream when we got home.

Well, gee, I thot that was what the fenced in yard was for, so they could walk themselves. And if you are talking about Lily sleeping under my feet, well! She's just too small to be out on her own.
