We have a Zoom Cable modem and for the past two weeks it's been on the fritz. We can log online, but the speed is super slow (we have highspeed) and it often brings up the "Page cannot be displayed" error message. I have called Comcast, and they keep saying that the modem is giving off the wrong IP address!? How am I able to reset it and get it to work properly? Any help would be awesome ^.^

Unplug the cable modem for at least 2 minutes and turn off your PC.

Plug the cable modem back in.

Wait about a minute more and turn your PC on.

Try using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.
