I would say two months ago. April (4) - 2 = February (2)

You didn't say anything about days, so I would go by months.
Now this (April 21) is the 3rd day of the lunar month so if you are talking to someone who is using a lunar calendar, it would be 3 months ago Feb 2 was the 14th day of the lunar month

It depends on the calculation:
If you calculate it by the number of days, it was about two and a half months ago (considering a 30 day month; 77 days).
If you go by the calendar, it was 2 months and 18 days ago.

It was 78 days ago, or just over 2 1/2 months ago.
Of course you could add any mutiple of twelve to that depending on which year you were talking about.

what year are you talking about? i notice that everyone who has answered this question previously assumed you were talking about this year. you didn't precise what year in your question, however.
