Baseball. I cannot imagine life without baseball; whereas, if football went away, I probably wouldn't notice unless it was mentioned in the press.

I'll add: only the NFL has the arrogance to index its championship games with Roman numerals. Even the Olympics gave up on that nonsense. Baseball has the good sense to refer to its World Series by the year in which it was played.

REASON #1- IT'S AMERICAN PASTTIME
REASON #2- IT'S DUMB TO GO TO A FOOTBALL GAME BECAUSE IT'S COLD DURING FOOTBALL, I DON'T WANNA BE IN 30 DEGREE HEAT. WHILE BASEBALL IS PLAYED IN SPRING AND SUMMER.
REASON #3-FOOTBALL ONLY HAS ONE GAME A WEEK. BASEBALL HAS A GAME EVERY DAY. IT'S 162 GAMES TO 16 GAMES. 162 IS BETTER THAN 16.
REASON #4- WHO DOESN'T LIKE PEANUTS AND CRACKERJACK.
REASON #5- THE PLAYOFFS ARE 4 OUT OF 7 NOT LIKE FOOTBALL.

Football. Baseball is way too long of a season. By the time August comes around I am thinking football.

Depends what kind of person you are. If you're more cerebral as a sports fan, it's baseball. But if you're more into action and determination, it's football.
Personally, I like baseball best. After all, it is our national pastime.
