I have found quite a few good deals, but none of them work with dial up. I live in the boonies and the cost for satelite is outrageous, I would love to watch something more than 2 channels...I don't care if they are in another language, I am desperate.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

No, dialup is toooooo sloooow to even attempt to watch streaming video or even download files.

In a year or two, Broadband over Powerlines (BPL) OR Wimax (long range WiFi) may become available.

I wouldnt even go there..you could be waiting days and days to stream 1 tv program.
