Don't look for answers here, talk to your physician. It could be anything from indigestion to heart disease. Heart disease is NOT impossible in teenagers, even. I've seen a 17-year-old in my emergency room who'd had a heart attack - so don't just guess or ask here - go see your doctor!

I would suspect your iliopsoas (or psoas "SO-***") muscle. This is on the inside of your spine, from your hips up to your ribcage, and is your main postural support. Poor posture or heavy lifting can have a major impact on it. A massage therapist can help stretch and tone this muscle by going in through your abdomen (it's not as bad as it sounds) and at home, do gentle stretches by arching your back (on all fours) and then slowly letting your belly sag toward the floor; this can help a lot. The tingling could be nerve impingement and chiropractic might help. It's a good place to start. If that doesn't do it, you need to see a neurologist or other pain management specialist.

It sounds like intestinal gas.
Try to drink peppermint or mint tea steeped for 5-10 minutes--if that aleviates the pain--that is most likely what it is.

It sounds like you need to eliminate any physical problem and start stretching.
