I have refused to watch the show for more than 5 years now. I find the obvious phoniness of the competition demeaning and disgusting.

Even though it will be of low opinion on here, probably due to previous survey results---I still have to be honest.
I look forward to American Idol every Tuesday and Wednesday each week. I try to clear my schedule for those time slots so that I will be home to watch the programs.
I am not a television watcher, at all. But for AI, I am hooked every year.
I enjoy the family show with no cussing involved and not having to worry about filth flowing out of everything coming from the screen. I enjoy watching the show with my young grandsons, whom I adopted.
So on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being awesome, my choice is a big 10!

I will give it a 9. I can't give it a 10 because I had to endure Sanjay for so many weeks. I do like the show a lot and I hope Blake wins! He is so different and unique. I really like him. I think Jordin is very good too but I still want Blake to win! Go Blake!
