Windows root system32 ntoskrnl.exe.....how do I install this file on my comp?

the file you are mentioning is a windows system file, it can be installed by running a repair install

That is the Windows kernel. Please re-post and describe your problem in greater detail.

TIP: If you are having problems with that file, do yourself a favour and back up your data and re-install Windows.
