There is not really such thing as free help, other then forums.
If your pc constantly freezes and gives you the blue screen of death, the first thing to do is to see if the screen refers to a memory error, disk error etc. If its an error relating to a file, you can resolve it by re-installing the operating system, but you will loose any data so back up first.
Hardware errors require a technical support person to review it and advise the best path.

That blue screen has a message. It will say something like "an exception OE has occurred in kernel something or the other" and have a long string of numbers.
Let us know what the message says, word for word, and we can help you fix it.

If you write down what is the blue screen code: example: 0x000000e then a file name win2k.sys then I can help. Microsoft.com will also tell you what the code means.

Did you try emergency shut down. Disconnect all power, but don't turn off the computer. If it does not work, re:format.
