Corruption is difficult to combat and it needs to be dealt with in a range of different ways.

1. Policing. You need to catch the people who are corrupt. A free and strong media is good for this, as well as an independent legal system.

2. Culture. There has to be a culture that says corruption is wrong. In politics back room deals and nepotism is seem as normal, so this is easily extended into true corruption.

3. Structure. A lot of crime is based on opportunity. If there is a structure that supports corruption then corruption is more likely to happen. Government (and business) should be open and easily inspected so that corrupt activities are easily detected. In fact, I think it should be a crime to do things in a way that could allow corruption.

4. Dress up with a cape and your underwear on the outside and go and ***** slap the bad politicians (it works like that in the comic books).

All methods of nurture to contain corruption failed or yielded only partial results. The only lasting means to reduce corruption is through applied human genetics or eugenics because most most corrupt tendencies have a genetic base.

Simple.............KILL all of the idiots that are there now and put the jobs up for bid without payment. Take the money out, no one is struggling for power. Buy alot of weed and distribute it.
This way the politicians are just hanging out freely and relaxing......alot less bs and probably will have less animosity and will pass better legislation because they will be LAID back while thinking....no feelings of hatred or CA$H.
