Now that I am older and have over come many obstacles...I deal with stress with music, breathing, meditation and sometimes a favorite movie and some alone peaceful time or horseback riding. If that doesn't help I will ride our dirt bike or 4wheeler on our property fast and hard.

Depends. If it's minor, I usually ignore it or forget it. If it's major, I try to think about how to get around it. If all else fails, I toss back a shot or two and think some more. If it's really desperate, I call a friend and ask what she might do in the same situation.

Well on a good day I take a walk, go for a drive, or just spend some time alone...On a bad day I like to throw things. Granted it's not the best thing to do but it does make you feel better :)

I usually beat the crap out of the first person that angers me. It helps with the whole stress thing. Alcohol in copious amounts help, too!
