my audio out on my laptop broke and i was wondering if anyone knew a way ti output it to my USB ports?

You need an audio device designed to use the USB protocol for digital-audio transport. The audio device will come with software drivers that will stream the digital audio via the recognized USB port and will be subsequently decode by audio device for acoustical playback.
