4:20 was a time, at some high school in California, where everyone went to a statue, Louis Pasteur I believe, and smoked marijuana. Since then it's considered "the" time to smoke marijuana.

1) The day I heard it, the date was 4/20
2) It's the anniversary of Columbine
3) It's something to do with the VA Tech shooting.
