Umm? I think I would keep my eyes. After my rock & roll days, I've lost a little of my hearing so I know a little about that.
I still want to be able to see things even if I can't hear them. That is a really hard decision because I want them both!

ability to hear at least if I have my eyesight I can see the world around me and still live life almost to the fullest. Plus I can always learn to read lips which is pretty much as good as hearing them being spoken

My ability to hear. I couldn't stand not being able to see the people I love.

I would give up my hearing. There is too many beautiful things to see, I could also still lip read. I would much rather watch someone than listen to them. Non verbal communication is better anyway.

wow that's a tough question... I really don't know...
I guess I would loose my hearing... cus If I could not look into my wifes eyes I'd be lost
but I could do without some of her ranting sometimes LOL

hear I still could do everything I did before I would have to learn how to sign no problem

I would rather be deaf, because I would still be able to see people, and would be able to learn sign language. I would like to see everything, and be able to read. And if you're blind, then you can't see anyone you like. And if you were blind, you wouldn't be able to do Yahoo Answers!
