b&s has kis for the 5hp so just call them and get a kit

Change the flywheel.
Install a charging system.
Install a battery.
Install an ignition switch.
Istall a starter.
Install wiring harness

Selling the pull start & buying one with electric start will be cheaper than the conversion.
