Bell or Bella. Bella is Italian for beautiful

Bella fits as it means beautiful. You could use Isabella and also call your character Bella. Sophia would also be a good choice as most people associate that name with the Italian beauty, Sophia Loren, and it means wisdom. If you want something a tad different you could use Giada; Mia or Rosa. Best wishes on getting published! :)
