Gotta be careful with that sort of stuff. Everyone I ever knew that tried such a thing, overdid it, and wound up causing floods and stuff. Mark Twain wrote a story once about how you have to be careful about praying for rain, because it might rain just enough on your field , but too much on someone else's, and could rot *thier* crops, while you are trying to protect your own. If you put that up against the reed, you could wind up with a backlash for ruining someone else's crops....
However in these parts, the day you go to wash your car, you can expect it to bring rain. Never fails.

Marilyn's answer helps. I never tried any spell myself--I like to pray and ask for help, but I was told that http://www.spellsandmagic.com/rain.html is a good source. Good luck!
To Make Rain Appear...
Do this outsides staring at clouds above:
"Ancient Gods and Goddesses,
I invoke thee.
Waters from the sky,
Let it be."
"I command thee now,
to thee all.
Listen to my desire,
Rain fall!"
This spell has power over the weather and works when it is needed. It makes
it rain. (of course!)

Why would you want someone elses spell for something you want to do? The spells of others NEVER work as well as the ones you write yourself. Do a bit of research, find a god/dess of the weather (water works in a pinch) and write one specific to that deity. You're not going to get a spell from someone else that works properly for you because it wasn't made for you, it doesn't have your enegy in it. That's the best advice anyone who's actually done spell work of any kind can give you.

If you can make it rain just on you, without affecting anyone else, then go for it.
Otherwise, since your spell will affect others as well as yourself, I'd recommend you consider carefully the idea of trying to bend the weather to your will. It's not a toy, and if you screw up, there are some major repercussions to deal with.

Oooo! You can make a rain jar.
Go outside and collect anything you associate with rain. Put it in a jar and fill the jar with water. (Any water will do.)
Place the jar outside, call your quarters, consecrate your space and pray. If the jar won't leak you can also shake it.
Just do what feels right. What's important is that you pray to both the gods and goddesses.
Good luck!

Firstly, go outside. secondly, place the wickets and organize a game of cricket.
For those of you in the United States, organize a BBQ.

I usually don't do spells for weather. Two of my main deities are sky/storm deities. I simply ask them for what I need. Sorry I couldn't halp more.

You pray to God for rain.
NEVER mess with Mother Nature.
God created IT, and God deals and feels how it is best to be.
Thank You.
