A law has been tested numerous times and has been proven true by many scientists. Laws can not change.

Any moron can have a "theory". A Law is accepted as being the closest possible observation of the world around us that we are willing to accept it as constant (and probably doesn't even get accepted as law until long after the originator of the law is dead). Not much becomes law as the nuts and bolts of the physical world have been well traversed. "Law" is only likely to apply to scientific concepts. Not many people would be willing to waste time and money trying to prove that objects on the earth are not experiencing a gravitational pull of approximately 9.8 meters/second squared. In contrast, people would be even less likely to waste time and money to show that some concepts in Dr. Phil's books are universally constant and undisputable and should be considered as scientific law.

They used to call some theories laws a long time ago out of hubris. Nothing is considered to graduate beyond theory in science these days. There are alway questions.

Hi! Theory is a guesstimate. Big 'IF' there. Law is a proven fact. "When" thus and so. Same result every time.
