Milton is getting $9m this season, his last under his current contract. The only way anyone will take him off the Reds' hands would be if Cincinnati ate the majority of the contract. Even at that, I'm not sure there would be many takers. I'm sick to death of "Home Run" Milton, and it killed me anytime I had to watch him pitch at GAB, because I knew he was bound to give up a homer at some point.

As for Bailey, I think he's just about ready. He's one of the best pitching prospects in the minors, and it would be nice to bring him up at some point this season without a lot of pressure. Really, he's going to have growing pains no matter when he arrives, and he certainly can't be any worse than Milton.
