As for your hair yes you can try taking prenatal vitamins if your dr says it is ok to do. I have never been pregnant but I've been taking prenatal vitamins for 7 years in order to help my hair and not only has it helped my hair but it has helped my skin and nails as well. I buy my prenatal vitamins over the counter at Wal-Mart.

As for pills to tone up your body and get rid of belly fat no there are no pills for that.

I would recommend that you get in touch with your dr to find out if you have a hormone imbalance going on such as with the thyroid to see if that could be playing in to some of the things you are noticing. You can go to your primary care dr to start off with to do this testing.

See your family doctor about all of these questions. That's not because I don't want to answer them but because you have a whole lot of questions that are not necessarily related. Ask about puberty, about nutrition and about fitness. Make a double appointment for this, as you'll be taking a long time.

If your family doctor thinks that you need to see a different doctor for any of this, s/he'll refer you appropriately.

Nothing but time will grow hair. No vitamin or supplement really works.
