According to this, you have no video slot http://reviews.cnet.com/Dell_Dimension_2350/4505-3118_7-20717757.html Which in turn means you can't Sorry.

Your question as stated is not very clear. You may not like my answer tho.
Whenever you buy a name brand, PC or LT from any company usually there is very little you can change.
They build them so you either have to take it back to that company for repair or buy a new one. They are designed that way to get your money.
The best bet is to buy, build or have someone build you a computer, it is what use to be called a "IBM Clone". Meaning looks works like the original basic computer. That is what the original meaning of "PC" is . Personal Computer. Not one from some company. But the Desk Top is from any company or a Clone or PC.
The motherboard in your "DELL" most likely has just a built in graphics card and is a cheaper one with few or no extra expansion slots. You can't add one. You have to buy/install a new mother board with the slots on it.
Some Desk Tops have built in graphics and sound into the MB. But they also have extra slots for you can do what is called an upgrade. If you buy a better/different graphics or sound card you install that and then DISABLE the built in one.
Hope this helps.

Hi, There doesn't seem to be much info out there on that pc but I believe it has an PCIe x 16 slot but which version I can't seem to find. If I may suggest that you check the pc's manual to see what it says. I also found that it only has a 220watt power supply unit with limited connectivity so you will most likely need to upgrade that for a video card. Arnak

If it doesn't have a slot to insert the card, then it can't be done.

Adding a slot (socket) to the motherboard is not possible.

Both computers have PCI slots for PCI Video Cards. That is regular PCI, not PCI Express or AGP.

It's not worth it. You will just waste time and effort messing up your motherboard. Proprietary motherboards are not meant for tinkering. They are designed to give HELL to those who even give it a try.
