I have a Gryphon Marionettes that is has some white feathers that have gone yellow with age, people touching it, and dust. Anyone know how I can clean clean the Marionette with out damaging it??

Getting the Marionette wet is out of the question.

If you would like to see what the heck i'm talking about I got the Marionette from Midsumers Knights Dream: http://fantasypuppet.com/index.htm

foaming dish soap could be applied then use a damp paper towel to wipe gently...then take your finger and gently brush them while blowing them dry..with your mouth.

I believe the yellowing affect cannot be changed. I would try canned air (like at office supply store), which you can control how close you blow. Anything else may damage the feathers. Is it something you can purchase the feathers & replace them? Just a thought.

Good luck!

If soap does not help, try a Clorox bleach pen. Last resort, as suggested above you may need to replace them.
