Yes it matters because of the estimated time of when you would ovulate in your cycle. To calculate your due date, I'd probably need to know how long your last cycle when you got pregnant was..

Some would say yes, and some would say no. I truly don't believe that the cycle time matters in this case. Mainly if you are trying to get pregnant. I had finished my period on March 6. Was due to start at the beginning of this month. I had signs of being pregnant at the end of March. I found out on the 10'th of April that I was for sure. Since you can get pregnant at any time and not just while you are ovulating although you are said to be most fertile then, the numbers really don't come into factor. Without an ultrasound you would figure when you last had your period and that gives you an approximate amount of time. Just count from when you last stopped till now basically. I am pregnant with my second now, my personal guesstimate due date would be around the end of December, beginning of January. I will find out for sure on May 10'th though. :D Enjoy it, and congratulations.

It does and it doesn't. Your doctor will go by the first day of your lmp; but chances are you will have ovulated later in your cycle than you would have had if you had a 28 day cycle. You ovulate between 12-16 days before you expect your period. If you know the exact date of conception you can use that to calculate your due date instead. Make sure you tell your doctor that your cycles are long. He will probably do an ultrasound to give you a more accurate due date. The early ultrasounds are VERY accurate. Good luck.

Yes, however your doctor will usually just go by the average 28 day cycle. If you know the length of your cycle you can tell your doctor, mine is 31 days so my doctor went off that because I asked him to. It changed my due date from July 2nd, to July 5th, since 3 days were added. Your cycle seems irregular so it would be harder to do. Either way the average pregnancy lasts 38-42 weeks, so being off by a few days wont matter.

The doctor will go by a 28 day cycle and wont change your date uinless its more than 7 days off during an early ultrasound. The most accurate due date will be 38 weeks form conception/ovulation though. Chances arej ust that yoru dr wont use that.

I think you would be due around Jan. 1, 2008 (based on a 34 day cycle). Keep in mind that a baby can make his/her appearance 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after due date. GOOD LUCK!

I have 35 day cycles. They never calculated it by that. They always calculated it by a 28 day cycle.
I am due April 25th with a 28 day cycle although the baby could come before or after this.

no the length of your cycle doesnt matter when calculating the due date, the only thing you need to figure out your due date is the first day of your last menstrual cycle, so if you started your last period on march 28th then your due date would be january 2,2007

it truly is truly incorrect because my era replaced into also sept 25. and they informed me my due date is july 2 to boot. the following the way it is going they calculate from the most suitable day of your neglected sessions (it truly is how u . s . a . does it ) so on the instant we both are about to be 5 WEEKS yay!!!! yet as for a way a techniques alongside your fetus is we are in straightforward words 2 or 3 Weeks because it truly is even as the sperm and the egg because a fetus and your HCG ranges all started elevating ( that's the european way of calculation of due date from ovulation.) both way your proper your due date is july 2 similar to mine!! =) and your wonderful don't worry because I actually have an appointment at 8 weeks on nov 20 too to analyze how issues are going alongside.

yes. A longer cycle could make your due date later than you expect (by days /weeks - depending on how much longer your cycle is). A "normal" cycle is 28 days +/-7 days
