There are too many things that play into this honey. Are you separated? Does he have placement of the children? Is there already a court order in place regarding visition? If the answer is no to any of these questions. He can't, by law, take your children. If he does, call the police and file kidnapping charges. Immediately. Don't wait on it. This will guarantee you placement of those children if there are no major issues in your life preventing you from caring for them.

Don't let him threaten you honey. This is a control factor in a pending divorce and everyone involved not only will see through it, but will take the steps necessary to make sure that it does not happen again.

Your going to need to contact your legal aid assoc for immediate help to obtain an immediate injunction to stop him before he gets too far. Then petition th courts for a temporary custody hearing til a permanent hearing can be set but that will stop any moves legally. Unfortunatley you may hve to wait til Monday morning to get hold of anyone. Good luck
