b) tell them about your record and in order to prove how serious and hardworking you are, you will work for free for one week and then the employer can decide whether or not to hire you.

OK, Seriously, some employers don't object to hiring a felon. I had a couple of former felons working for me and they were just OK they did their jobs for the most part. Best idea is be honest with prospective employers and explain that you are now repentant.

Most sales jobs, stock broker,commodities broker,will hire with no expierence and pay a pretty good salery plus commission,and you can be a felon.

Make sure that you have done your time for the crime. Also do community service activities to network yourself. Show that you are able to socialize with people and that you are not harmful.
