I accidentally deleted some needed files, and have tried several restore points. I cannot get System Restore to work. Help!!!!!!!

System restore don't work for that purpose. What you need is software that searches for deleted files and is capable of restoring them. The more you keep trying will eventually overwrite the deleted files and then they will be gone forever.
Don't install anything, find one that will load from cd because installing could overwrite the files you want to restore.

Deleted files are exactly that: Deleted. Unless you just put them in the bin and can restore them, they're gone. Best to use the windows disk and repair your installation.

if you deleted files look in the recycle bin, system restore is only good for system files, its not a replacement for backup.

Always keep a usb key with you in case these things happen.
