It is legal if there age don't differ by more than 3 years. They can't get legally married until both are 18 years old or the parent of the child under 18 consents to it, unless the child is emancipated.

hes not yet 18 yet you might want to look up legal age of consint in ar most states its 16 or so google it i dont see it as a big age diff its only two years mabe it is now cause there so young but say if he was 22 and she was 20 thats not that bad

the person needs to be 16...some guy here in georgia got 10 years in prison for sex with a 15 year old..he wouldn't have if she was 16

its Legal for them to date. im not sure what the age of consent is in AR so it might not be legal for them to have sex. most states its 16. they shouldnt be having sex to begin with but im just saying

No, it is Sexual relations which makes an adult (<18) and minor (>18) illegal.
