Personally, I don't think anyone in the whole world is normal.
Normal is an adjective which means to conform to the standard or the common type; usual; not abnormal; regular; natural. Serving to establish a standard.
To me, normal is just a word people use when they realize no matter how hard they try, they will never be one hundred percent unique. So instead of calling themselves "conformists" they call themselves "normal" and there is nothing wrong with that.
As for those people who dare to do what no one expects them to do, or try really hard to be different, or don't try hard but are just eccentric by themselves, those people fall into the category of non-conformists, thereby "abnormal"
The deciding factor is defined by what is normal/abnormal in the society you live in, and what those standards are.
