Yes but the rice should not be too dry. I have seen chinese eating rice with the chopsticks, and I notice that the rice they eat is very stiky, which make it easy to hold the rice grains in the sticks.

Well. I can take one and stab my food with it and put it in my mouth. But actually probably use them i dont think so. I wish i could.

I remember when i was little i used to make my mom cut up hot dog and then i would stab it with a chopstick and eat it. Then i would tell everyone i could use chop sticks lol.

Yes! I learned in second grade when we had an Japanese culture week. The whole week we learned about the Japanese and we turned our class library into a place where you could practice using chop sticks and you had to take off your shoes when you went in there and then at the end of the week the whole second grade had an Japanese food day. It was really fun.
