how many of you have junk drawers?

I have 6 side dressers that are full of junk like old awards,folders with writing,drawings and homework from 7th grade*no wonder I barely passed science* and notes that my teachers or parents never found!!*and still hopeing they never find them*

DOesn't every household have a 'junk drawer?' I've always had one. My parents' was always in the kitchen somewhere so that's where mine is. I even brought all my old junk when I moved and dumped it right into the new 'junk drawer.'

Oh yeah....you gotta have a junk drawer!
There is usually one in the kitchen that contains clothes pins,rubber bands,pens that don't write,weird short pencils with barely any eraser left,maybe an old school picture of one of the kids,misc. change,bread ties,scissors,hair pins,safety pins,nails and screws of various sizes,an empty roll of tape,just to name a few of the necessary items contained therein.

Because my space is limited, I had to buy plastic boxes from Walmart & put old notes & junk like that in them...I have about 7 boxes full of stuff!

I have a junk drawer ...and a junk closet!! Every few months I make myself get rid of a few things.

Sadly, I have several drawers designated just for stuff I can't find a better home for.
