Involving TIME itself, no, theres not such a thing! "Time", every moment / second serves ITS purpose as it passes (or as all things pass through it). Hence, not wasted.

How we use it or navigate through it.... Yes, often it is a waste of or wasted.

In my opinion, it is only a waste of time if you think it is. It cannot be a waste of time if you don't think it is. However there is another stream of thought stating that no time can be wasted as all time is spent doing something, spent living. The only time that is "wasted" is the time you are not living. And the final stream of thought, all time is wasted, there is no point of life, why bother we are just giong to die anyways. its like for example "why eat when you are just going to be hungry again?", "why sleep when you are just going to be tired again?" So there are streams of thought in my opinion on this, but I truly believe in the first.

Okay, maybe, if seperated from all other events, we could argue that nothing is actually a waste of time. But, if you're supposed to be doing homework, and instead, you're partying, you're a'wastin' it, ain't cha?!

Not really, nothing you do in your life really matters. You do what you do, at least you exist. A homeless person and a millionaire have exactly the same fate. You live whatever life you choose, then you die. That's it.

No, it's all an investment in one's own self and future, and the future of some others around one.
