Go to the Pontiac dealer and when they don't have it go to the NAPA store.

I bought a car with key lugs and didnt have the key, I had to take it to the shop and have them break the lugs off and put new ones on i dunno if you can find a key for it cause that might defeat the purpose of getting them in the first place if someone can just carry around a set of keys to steal rims with

OUCH!
Depends. Can you tell who made the locks? If they are dealer installed, they might be able to come up with a key.
I have aftermarket locks on mine. They gave me a code number where if i lose my key i can order a new one from the company. You probably didnt get anything like that did you?
Chances are you are gonna have to take it to a mechanic to get them removed....it probably wont be cheap.

Pontiac dealer or a auto parts store would have them.

Chances are your local tow company can get them off, but then you would have to buy new ones.
