I think God would dress with dignity but also to make those around Him feel comfortable.

He would want His clothes to honor the holiness of God, but He would also care more about spiritually reaching the people He was with than about fashion rules.

I think He would dress appropriately for the occasion and the company. That might mean blue jeans at one time and a suit at another time, for example. He would not want the issue of clothing to be a stumbling block to people, because He wants all people to come to know Him.

If God were human, I'd imagine him wearing a white toga, wooden sandals, and a halo around his head. He also might have a crown on his head and a brown beard, like the God from Monty Python.

Please, He'd surely be naked. What the hell does God need protection from pain or shame for?

I think if He did decide to wear clothes, for whatever reason, he'd probably dress similarly to Henry VIII. Mainly because Henry looked like he was in charge, yet pally, in that gear, and I think God would want to give that sort of impression. Especially at job interviews.

if i can imagine, it would be so glorious and radiant white robe that is shining like a star. He is so almighty that our naked eyes couldn't dare see clearly. We are made from His image, so I would think that the physique wouldn't be any different than ours. I imagine Him sitting in His throne or floating in the air. The robe is drapery and so long that I can't describe which shoes He is wearing. Him wearing a pair of nikes would be a funny thought, though.

God would be naked.

People only wear clothes out of the shame that God made them feel after eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge.

God is supposed to be perfect and perfect beings wouldn't feel shame.

And since he's perfect he would not only be naked, he'd look like Keira Knightley, too.

Comfortably, climate appropriate. And probably nondescript. If I were a deity wandering my masses, I would want to do it quietly, like a fly on the wall.

Hey, maybe God wouldn't be human... Maybe He would be a fly. lol.

Much like humanity's billions of different interpretations of the bible, it just seems like a logical conclusion that God would look different to everyone.

Which one are you refering to??? The traditional western belief.... A very simplistic cotton robe of some sort and sandals. (maybe a baseball cap now and then too that says "Angels" on it just to be different)?
