When you first start exercising after a long time, or you start doing a kind of exercise that you've never done before, this will occur. Your muscles are not used to the exertion you are putting them under.

You should rest for a few days then continue again. If you continue doing this same exercise again on a regular basis, your muscles and body will gradually be conditioned to it and you will no longer experience anymore pain.

I used to bike, and when I first started biking, my "sitting bones" would hurt an awful lot after a trip. But once I started making biking a regular part of my routine, I no longer experienced anymore pain.

It should be noted that once you stop doing the exercise for a very long time, your muscles will experience pain again the next time you start, because the conditioning has to start from zero once more.

You really should only run every other day to let your large muscle groups recover and rest. Increase a mile once a week or so at the earliest. Your sides hurting probably means you're a little out of shape. Try keeping your body super hydrated before the run by drinking 20oz of water. They also could hurt because your muscles could be fatigued from all the stress. Don't worry, it'll get better.

You are having a cramp in the sides. Alot of runners get this first starting out. You are pushing through the pain and the muscles don't have a chance to relax. You probably did run too hard. Usually it takes 2 weeks before the cramping stops.

It sounds like you need to do some stretches before you run
If you are running a fever have a hard tme walking and when in bed you have to keep your knees bent up.....it coulp be your apendex. I might also be kidney stones.

Most likely you need to stretch before and fater you run. And get in a hot tub when you can

If you can afford a chiropractor go for it

Probably. But it never hurts to ask your doctor.
