that decision is solely up to you. if you're having back trouble or other medical problems, then you should consider it. but if you're not, give it some serious though before you just jump under the knife.

I now have like three friends that had enlargements and a few that now wants them,so anyway that made me see that no matter what your always find something about yourself that you don't like or want to change,so if your not having any pain from them be proud love them and remember there are a lot of people paying hundreds to have what you have!!!

Depends. I would have to see you.
Are they bothering your back? Does it make it hard for you to walk, get around? Are they shaped nicely, or somewhat deformed?
Seriously-i knew a girl who was extremely huge like that, and it was giving her major back problems, plus they really werent shaped right. She had them reduced.
Some people say the bigger the better, but if there comes a point where you have to be practical also!

wow, after reading all these answers, l must be the only "small" female here. as for surgery, it depends on whether you are in pain because of this, does this fit the rest of your body, l mean are you tall, not real thin, and in the end only you can make that decision. good luck

That is VERY large. How tall are you and how strong are you? I am worried that the water weight might cause problems in your back. As you grow older it could start "Dragging". That said, yes that would be prudent. Also, start Mammograms this year.

why? i am a 42DD and so i think only you can answer your question, if you are hurting from the excess chest then consult a doctor but make sure he knows what he is doing, i understand the pain of a backache and shoulder pain, and having people stare at your chest instead of looking at you but still no one can make this decision for you

if you dont like them//if they're uncomfortable then yes. when you get older you might have back pains or something since its so big and its heavy. mine keeps getting bigger and i hope it stops soon because i dont want it to be too big. i think mine's average now though :)
