Fluid may contain water.Just bought a brake bleeder vacuum pump to rid lines of intire bad fluid. I think this problem may be causing my brakes to drag and warp my rotor.

Couple of wrong answer there...

Depending on what the contamination was... It can cause the piston seal and/or cyclinder seals to expand... This would cause the brakes to drag and effectivily heat up the rotors to the point whereas the get warped from the heat effect of dragging brakes - Not directly related to the contamination... but it can happend indirectly...

A common contamination id using the wrong barke fluid type - Dot 5 has some chemicals that can actually expand the seals on a car the regularly uses Dot 3...

Anyways... bleed it out as fast as you can... Pump it out and flush it good... If the seals are already done... you done... It can cause you to need to rebuild every part of the brake system that has a runbber seal in it... including the master and each wheel/caliper and/or Wheel cylinder...

--Contaminated brake fluid would not cause the brakes to stick, in the on position. The fluid would compress, taking away the hydrolic pressure to apply the brakes.
--Sticking brakes are usually a sign that the caliper needs to be rebuilt. Gunk builds up under the seal, applying force against the piston, not allowing it to return.
--To clean out the brake lines, just keep adding new fluid and bleed as normal until clean brake fluid comes out.

Brake fluid has an ability to absorb water it slowly lowers brake fluids boiling point this is why it is recomended that brake fluid be replaced every so often, if your calipers are dragging its more likly they need overhauling the only other time I have seen calipers drag\lock is when someone poured transfluid in to there master\cly
