1st determine, the angle of rotation that your axis differs from zero degree.
After the 1st 1000 m you were at
LocCord=970,230 instead of
LocCord=1000, 0

To determine the offset angle
set 1000 = hypotenuse= (x^2 +y^2)^1/2

A= angle of offset in degrees
CosA=x / (x^2 +y^2)^1/2= 970 / 1000=.97
SinA= y / (x^2 +y^2)^1/2 = 230 / 1000= .23
A=14 degrees

By walking 1000 meters turning left and walking another 1000 meters you have walked the two legs of a 45-45-90 triangle a
B =45= angle in degrees of the 45-45-90 triangle

You Final LocCord =x,y
cos(x,y) = Cos(A+B) = Cos(14+45)
Sin(x,y) = Sin(A+B) = Sin(14+45)

The final point on your map
cos59= 810
Sin59 = 580
=====================
Final LocCord = 810, 580

Not wishing to be offensive, this sounds like a Khazakstan trig problem. What do you want a formula for, you know where you are?

Change in lat deg = (dist in mtr)/(10,000,000mtr/90deg).

Change in lon deg is (dist in mtr)/[(10,000,000mtrcoslat)/90deg].
