I think that healthcare providers are trying to cut costs (what else is new).

They are trying to have patients have appointments with nurses instead of doctors, because their salaries are smaller and they can save money.

I have not really seen too many ads wanting to hire physicians.

Nobody is hiring doctors? Could you please provide some kind of link to prove this? Doctors are rare - they usually get snapped up pretty fast because getting to be a licensed physician is a very difficult thing to do.

LMAO. No one wants to pay Docotors. They would rather hire overworked, underpaid nurses.
