Why doesnt my computer burn in mp3 format?

WHen i put the drop down window to data cd it wont burn over 18 songs and I have the correct cds,It used to do it now it wont whats the matter?

Dont use burning software that comes with the drive, its never good. use cdburnerxp pro or just use windows explorer to burn mp3 discs
