What is the salary range for a potential target employee with a bachelor's degree & some sales experience?

I think it would depend on the area you live in. Although I will tell you from personal experience that Target pays their team members more than Wal-Mart does, AND treats you better. I have NO complaints working for Target, whereas at Wal-Mart, they never learned my name, paid me minimum wage, and overall treated me like another number.
