The greats have passed! Chris Farley and John Candy... they made me laugh and laugh and laugh... I couldn't stop laughing to the movie "black sheep" with Chris Farley...
I would also add Steve Martin to the list...Planes trains and automobiles...and Father of the Bride series... I just loved. Sandra Bulloch was surprising funny in a couple movies.. I am trying to remember movie moments that had my face hurting from laughing so hard... and the only ones I can think of are those movies...hmm.

For the ladies: Hands down Whoopi Goldberg, all because of the movie Jumpin' Jack Flash. :)
Guys are a little more difficult, I think I'll go with Dave Chapelle.

Female is easy--the greatest, Eve Arden. Present--Penelope Keith.
Male is much harder. All time--I liked Rex Harrison. At the moment--Alec Baldwin.
