Indians in Caledon now ocupy lands they claim are thier own -
They have used children guns violence and threats of violence
These self styled revoutionary's are no more than thugs who refuse to use the due course of law for thier disputes but rather have taken up arms and preach war - these are no more than terrorists and must be dealt with by the Canadian armed forces
Do you support those within a democratic nation with many legal options that resort to the gun as a way to solve these percieved problems ? Do you support the idea that guns are a means to political objectives ?
Then you must support the inaction of Daltom McGuinty the cowardice in the face of crime the lack of will and belief in the law of this land
When will we see the law come to bare When will we see the acts of terror and crome put down ?
When will we see a government that says no to crime ?

As a Canadian I can tell you that America was founded on the concept of a traitor - it has acted consitantly with the theme of treason and blood therafter
The UK was not what you have been decieved into thinking it was - Your forefather were guilty of treason and if military might had been available at the time would have been hung for thier crimes - You have no audience with me in defending them

No, and the reason being is that the United States was founded by a bunch of thugs (at least according to the English Crown) who used violence to become seperate and form a new nation. When you are the winner in a revolution, you are a hero to most, but not all. When you lose your revolution, you're a criminal. Go figure.

The founding fathers of the United States were considered criminals by the English government. Sometimes when a government is brutally oppressive the violence is justified. I don't know the details behind what you are talking about, but I do know that all violence seems to do in this day and age is spawn more violence. Its a crazy world.

||||||(((....I can see you did your homework. But
deep inside you're really asking why there cannot
be a non-violent solution to any conflict. Meaning
war at any level anywhere, Korea, WW2(no
argument here?)...it has a lot to do with how
quickly we solve problems. Let's hurry the
process up with guns, tanks, bombs. But the
people you will probably never reach are the
generals and the government higher-ups, who
make their missions tactical and strategic affairs
of The State, while saying "if you love your
freedom, our country can blow any other
country to kingdom come". They got it all
wrapped up so tight, their logic is so flawless.....
this isn't even my favorite subject

Though i'm not a violent person, America needed to resort to violence to become independant, and the British saw us as the worst kind of thugs. And i know of no place on the planet that's survived without threatening to resort to it.
So, while i'd encourage any other method to achieve your goals, i do believe violence is and always will be with us.

"Valley R" above has a great answer.
Over 50 people who were a "threat" to the Clintons have "passed away" since 1992.
Some were political enemies, and some were "close friends", but they are ALL DEAD.
(And they are still "passing away". Another one was murdered, just several months ago.)

I feel anytime you have to use violence to gain anything you've already lost it. It will take violence to maintain it and it will become never ending. Guns are never the answer!
