So I'm doing my science fair project on taste. But I dunno what I should do. ANy sugesstions? I was thinking maybe blind folding myself and seeing if I could try to fugure out the food im eating.

Why not try blindfolding others instead? That way, you're doing an experiment, and judges love experiments.

Offer the people you test something sweet, something salty, bitter, etc. You could try to compare the sexes, too. Do men or women have a better sense of taste? And which sex tastes what type of taste better?

You can experiment with different types of taste. ie.e Salty, Bitter, Sour.

And concentration, how much sugar can be added to wate before you taset it. Compared to salt, and lemon....

Is it easier for people to distinguish when the concentration going up or when it is going down....

What effect does sense of smell have on taste, Can you perceive taste differently if you hold you nose.
