Without using a CD, is there a way to change a musicmatch songfile to an itunes songfile?

well, it depends on the filetype. Locate them in windows explorer, and drag and drop into itunes. Itunes won't play music you brought in the musicmatch store(if there is one)

Unless you downloaded the song (i.e. purchased online) Musicmatch generally just use MP3s.
