I am a level 4 gymnast and got my backhandspring last year. I would suggest not to try yourself without a coach because it is very dangerous. So, find a coach and ask them if they can spot you in a back handspring. I reccomend to use a wedge or cheesemat or incline mat because they are soft and they incline down. Another good mat to use is the back handspring trainer or otherwise known as the pac man. It is kind of hard to explain in words how to do a backhandspring. You first stand then swing your arms down as you bend your knees and pretend to sit in a chair then you bring your arms back up as you arch your back and jump backwards, you then put your hands on the ground and your legs will come following them. Please remember that if you want to try this trick, do it with a coach around if you aren't sure if you can do it yourself, don't change your mind and decide not to do it in the middle of the trick, and use a soft, mat if you have never done it on the floor before! Please have fun and have safe and good luck. I really hoped this helped you.

I consider you're speaking approximately the circular off again hand spring. A circular off is pretty much a cartwheel, however you convey each ft in combination on the finish. By doing this earlier than your again hand spring, it'll provide you the momentum to throw your again hand spring, sine you already land on each ft popping out of a circular off. First of all, Never try to do a again hand spring on your own should you dont knwo what to do. Do it on a tampoline first, with a spotter in the back of you helping your again. Put your ft in combination, bend your knees, together with your palms accelerated directly out in entrance of you, and throw your head and frame again whilst striking your palms at the floor in the back of you. Keep your ft/legs in combination. To sortof get the think for it. Start by way of doing a again bend at the floor. Try to kick over, or have any one support you. Basically all a backhand srping is is that backbend kick over, however quicker paced, and whipping each legs alternatively of one after the other. Good good fortune. and train nontoxic.

you can't explain it in words. you need to find someone that can do a back hand spring to show you how. if you can't find anyone, try this. this is how i taught myself. first, try practicing your back handsprings on comfy surfaces like a bed, trampoline, pillows, or cushions. it doesn't have to be perfect, just at least try it, and have someone spot you. after you get the hang of it on cushions, do it on pillows. put the pillows behind you so that you can land on them. one by one take away the pillows until u have one left. do the back handspring, and you'll realize that you missed the pillow and did it by yourself on the carpet. tah-dah! i hope this works . . .
